MARY
Mary Southard is a Principal project manager and monetization strategist with more than 15 years of experience building, managing, and scaling high-performing information products.
RUSS
Russ Reynolds is an author, founder, growth strategist, and direct-response operator with nearly two decades of experience building and scaling high-leverage digital businesses.
LIV
Liv Reynolds is a copywriter and creative strategist at Siphon Ventures, bringing a uniquely global perspective to every campaign she touches. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Liv has called six countries home.
How We Can Be Engaged
We partner with a small number of real estate operators each year.
There are two ways to work with Siphon Ventures.
Done-For-You Funnel Builds
We design and launch the entire funnel including book, copywriting, funnel strategy, and marketing assets like short and long-form video sales letters (VSL’s).
Revenue Share Partnerships
For select partners, we build and scale the entire platform and participate in backend revenue. Each partnership is designed to turn expertise into a long-term scalable business.
